A single storey cottage with easy access and option of a large double bed or twin beds

Skyber is adjacent to the pets’ paddock, so guests on the enclosed patio and lawn are greeted over the fence by friendly goats and hens etc., making this an ideal cottage for pre-school families (cot supplied on request). WiFi internet connection is included.

Front and back entrances are accessed by shallow wooden ramps, the single storey cottage is level throughout, making Skyber also very suitable for those with limited mobility.

The parking space is directly beside the cottage.

There is a large kitchen/diner. The mahogany fronted kitchen has built in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and washer dryer, with a free standing larder fridge and freezer, and a slim line dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The dining table is pedestal style and seats 4 comfortably. There is a portable TV and digibox with freeview satellite service.

There is a separate lounge. It is light and airy, being double aspect and having patio doors leading to the courtyard. It has a leather chesterfield two seater sofa and armchair. The flat screen TV has integral DVD and satellite freeview service. As with all our cottages there is central heating via radiators throughout the unit.

The bedroom is double aspect, with a king size divan bed and fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The bed can be unzipped into two small singles if needed. There is room for a travel cot.

If necessary to accommodate one or two extra persons the separate lounge can double as a bedroom with the addition of a single bed or bunks (at extra cost). The kitchen diner adapts well to include the sofa for lounging.

The very large fully tiled bathroom is partially adapted for accessibility, with a walk/roll in shower area, and a shower chair is available. There is also a double ended bath. The basin is not suitable for use from a wheelchair because it is set into a large vanity unit. We have a frame which can fit over the toilet with handles each side.
